With Google AdWords Keyword Suggestion Tool you always take a risk that these words have fake search volume. For instance, I bought aquariumgallon.com/org/net. Now these domains are ranked in the top10 in Google for "aquarium gallon", however they aren't receiving any organic traffic. Of course, AdWords Tool says that this phrase has averagely 135K monthly searches (during February it's only 1000+).
I suppose that this phrase (just like many others) have fake search volume... searches done by scraper sites for instance.
It's same for all phrases. Always divide the numbers give by AdWords Tool by 10 at least.

Proxified pages are those pages which you see when opening a website like myspace, orkut, etc. through a proxy. In a proxified page, the main content belongs to myspace or whichever website you are opening and the content is not in the hands of the proxy owner. That is the reason, that adsense is not allowed in such pages where your control is limited.

I'm a big fan of the Google Adword Keyword tool. It can be really helpful for finding keyword phrases to target, and I like that it costs nothing. :)

Adsense is the best for your home page but it CANNOT be used in proxified pages. For proxified pages, I would recommend Adbrite.
